Touching - sorry for your loss mate. I love that you made this ode to your pet, it's sweet and artistically extremely well executed. Your painting quality/style is really great, smooth and visually appealing. You have a good grasp of your technique and know how to make your work stand out with it. The background you've got here is simple, but appropriate, and much better than excluding a background all together like many other pieces I see seem to do. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work and keep painting whats on your mind/heart :)

There you are! Sorry it took SO LONG to get to your art. It's great though! You've done a really great job with this! Nice and smooth, the eyes especially, and the detail in the hair. You definitely have natural talent/potential so keep it up!

Nice coloring and composition, Your image could be improved with more work on the environment, there isn't much happening here to compliment the piece. You might not need to add too much, but something simple to help balance the colors and lighting would significantly compliment your piece. It's clear to me that you really challenged yourself with this piece, you're trying various advanced techniques which are really hard to get right, and while some areas aren't perfect, the ambition and care taken bring it to a level of which you should be proud. Overall you've done well, thanks for sharing and keep it up!
