I've never used scratchboard, I like to think I'd enjoy it! You've done well here, its a bit difficult to understand overall, but its also very interesting and clean. Keep it up!

Thanks a lot for checking out my piece Jazza, it means a lot to me seeing a pro like you to say my work is interesting. And I can understand what you mean by the overall idea is hard to understand from your perspective but it really is simplistic in a complicated manner. But thanks a lot for sharing the time and effort of looking at my work.
Very impressive! Great use of contrast, you shading is efficent and your execution of the face and form was very well done. Keep it up!
Very cool! Even more impressive that it was done on the iPad, I tried again and again to do art on mine and hated the whole experience, so good on you for sticking to it and making this, its very well done - great use of color, linework, and composition. Keep it up!
Very cool! I like your use of color and lines, its both simple in form and detailed in execution, and makes for an interesting piece to look at. Keep up the good work!
Nice work! I can tell you're challenging yourself and you demonstrate good use of clipping masks, shading and perspective. The proportions of her face and body lack solidity, only slightly. The overall piece looks very nice, well done, and thanks for sharing!
This looks great! I think composing the image better would work in its favor, the eye is immediately a little confused with the placement of things to look at, when in zooming, your figure has great solidity and character. Keep up the good work!
I see what you mean, looking at it now. The composition could definitely use some work. Thanks for your input :)
Glad to read in the description that you're legitimately challenging yourself. THAT is the mark of a truly good artist. You continue to impress me! Your understanding of shade and light, your bravery when it comes to contrast and detail, and your skills in composition, really show your impressive potential. I'm adding you to my favorites, keep it up!
Thanks for the great words! Every time I get a review from you it makes my day!
Very nice! Clear use of foreshortening which can be quite challenging to pull of this dramatically! The colors are a bit 'airy' and lack solidity but your composition and forms work together well. keep up the good work!
Thank you, very much, it means a lot coming from you :)
My friend, the things you've done on your galaxy note impress me beyond many of the thigns some people have done with a digital tablet and photoshop. Keep doing what you're doing, if this is the medium you prefer, just make sure to keep working hard and challenging yourself. Also, thanks for taking on board my suggestions about uploading ;) keep it up!
This is a charming piece, I like her eyes and the reflection of the log in the water, and I JUST noticed that her reflection is the bird, which makes this even more clever, so I raised the score by half a star of what I was going to give ;) Great work, good composition, could use more detail and solidity but that will come with time, you're doing well, keep it up!
