Nice work, your photoshop skills are developing, i look forward to seeing what else you can do, good on you for working in an environment and interesting lighting effects. The form could be more solid, and the proportions are a little off, but overall you've done a good job, keep it up!

I used the tips of your youtube channel. Grateful by the considerations. See you

Astounding!

I was reading through the 'Art of Blizzard' book in EB games the other day and loved seeing all the original sketched of the races and characters from their games, and how many of them were done with a pencil or pen on the back of a homework assignment or on some graph paper. I think there's something within us artists that finds that kind of thing kinda neat and pelasing, not sure why, but creating something completely different and otherworldly on something as mundane as the back of homework.

Anyhow, my main point is, this piece is fantastic, and it being in biro on paper in no way diminished that, in a way it's almost enhanced by it - its different, purposeful and well presented, great work on optimising it for upload, great contrast and clarity, nice burnt edges, and most of all the drawing itself is just brilliant. Keep up the awesome work, adding this one to my favorites.

I've been sent a lot of art work while doing these showcases, never have I been sent an ode to icecream - to props there for originality haha. Nice colors, could stand for better shape and solidity, as a practice piece this is effective though, keep it up :)

Hah, Thanks ^^
I will keep it up, and pull it even further up!

Nice work here, I'm glad you're doing more color work, you have a great feel for linework and detail, but your color work stands to be improved. I don't say so negatively, but that you're very good and I look forward to seeing how your style with color develops to match the great skills you have in other areas. The coloring in this is better than the first color one of yours I saw, but it still feels a bit soft, a bit airy. I almost feel like your style could stand for some really thick color work with high saturations and contrasts, more solid colors, etc. Anyhow, a great piece and interesting to see as always, keep it up

Great work! A significant improvement over the first image of yours I featured, both stylistically and in your technique, so congrats on that. I would mention that the shading, while good and accurate, feels a little 'shy'. I normally do 2 layers of shading, on is a general overall shading layer to get the feel of the lighting and shape, which you have done here, and very effectively. Next though, I do another layer, with a higher contrasting darker shade and stay closer to the edges and fill in more closed off areas. It helps define the shape more and add more definition and clarity. Don't be over the top, but try and round things out more, have more contrast and bring it out, make it 'pop'. Great job! Keep improving, you're doing well.

I'm on it
Thanks Jazza for your advise, always helpfull :)

Great improvement, the characters form is very solid, lines are smooth, and the pose and expression are ambitious and you pulled them off delightfully. I'd like to see more of an environment, even though that isn't the nature of this image. You've done very well, keep it up!

Thanks man, i will try to make some more backgrounds in my art.
Although i suck at it very bad , i'll still give it a shot in my next artwork i upload ;)

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on my art once again!
It means alot :D
You have been one of my inspirations to be an animators since the first time i ever visited this web site.
And its kinda awesome to have one of your idols review some of your stuff.
So thank you man! :D

Lovely, soft tones and great execution. the lighting is well done, and colors and composition flow well. The fair feels a little less than tangible (if that makes sense), like it's not a physical object, the light is playing on it differently. Make sure to not shy away from using shadow on something like hair, it seems the hesitation comes from not wanting to lose tha care you took creating the detailed hair texture, but it needs to happen to make the image flow more as a whole. Otherwise great work, I hope you did well in your assignment!

Mother of god, STICK WITH IT. This is very impressive, I can't wait to see what else you can do. The framing of the picture and mood are great, but what blows me away are the textures, you NAIL it. The metal doors of the elevator, the tshirt material and how light reflects off of all the materials differently - I am very impressed and adding this to my favorites. Great work.

Very cool! Great work for a first time using photoshop, I love that you did this for mothers day, I hope she loved it. I've done similar things for friends and family, its the best kind of present coz you put yourself into it. Good job, great framing and coloring, keep it up!

Great work! Clever composition, ambitious overall, and for someone learning to digitally paint, you're off to a very very good start! The ghosts forms look a little lacking in character and solidity, and the large daemons hands feel a bit 'off', but the main characters and overall image composition are great. Keep up the awesome work!
