I'm flattered you liked my piece, you did a good job replicating it! Keep it up, I look forward to seeing what original pieces you can come up with!

Akizutsu responds:

Thank you so much Jazza ^.^

What a lovely piece :) It's simple in its nature, but for what you attempted, you did fantastically well. Love the eyes, skin tone, and subtle soft linework. Keep it up! I look forward to seeing more from you

Benalki responds:

Thanks for your time Jazza. I'm glad that you liked it even though it was so simple. The eyes were actually something I had to redo and work with immensly to make them look right, because it is such a simple pose if the eyes were bad it would bring down the whole drawing.

14, new to this, and first ever digital painting? Well that shut me up! I have nothing bad to say, I am very impressed, and you should be extremely proud. Great color use and shading, overall image composition, and character form. Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing what else you can do!

HandInACupcake responds:

Oh gosh thankyou so much! This brightened my day a LOT! Working on a lot at the moment, I'll be back..

Very cool, nice work, and creative as was your last piece. This one has a good composition and more interesting use of color and space. Your character's forms could use more solidity and detail, so thats something you can work on, but that aside, you're improving so just keep doing what you're doing!

agentspymonkey responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it and I'm glad you think I've improved! I just have one question: What do you mean by "solidity"? I'm not sure what that means in terms of drawing, and I want to know how I can fix that problem.
Thanks!

A very ambitious piece, the bend of the ground makes the picture looks like it was taken with a fisheye camera. The central figure lacks solidity but has a nice feel to him, and the balance of the image overall is well done and interesting, good work, keep it up!

RemnantWolf responds:

Thank you very much for your feedback. It is much appreciated, getting constructive criticism has been near impossible for me the past few years, so I hope to begin improving with the help of some fresh eyes.

whoa man, LOVE this. Adding it to my favs. Really strong aesthetic tone, GREAT use of color and the pose is really communicative, it conveys strength and resilience, and a kind of kingly pride, that mixed with the bizarre figure and features of his anatomy, make for a really interesting piece. Great work!

Revolutsia responds:

About the Kingly Pride, the title of this previous to the idea of the color pallet was going to be something similar to royalty or some of that in the sorts, preferably regal, the only reason I did use this color palett and changed the title was due to photoshop buggering up and adding mild tones of color whenever I smudged an area to the thirteenth mayan layer of hell.
Really glad you like it!

This has a lovely soft feel to it, you've done a very good job! Her hair and skin especially. Her proportions are ever so slightly off in a few places like the neck/face width, and chest, that aside you've done really well. Keep up the great work!

MissLace responds:

Thanks you so much for your review,I know you are quite busy with these showcases. I used a doll as a reference, I don't think it's proportions were very accurate, I guess need to find other references, and work on my anatomy. Thanks again for your kind and helpful input.

Very cool! Reminds me of the monkey from "cloudy with a chance of meatballs", though I don't know what video game this was made in reference to. References aside, as a standalone piece of art you've done really well! I love the painterly feel you pulled off, and the hints of purple in areas of the white fur are the kind of small details that help the image really pop. The figures face and expression are also really well executed, great job!

SpecterWhite responds:

Thank you very much on the review <3

Its simple, but I can tell you paid a lot of attention to the detail of the shading, so good work! Careful with the upload though, it seems you uploaded either a PNG or GIF with a transparent background, and since the zoomed image is so big I had to scroll off screen to see where it actually was. That aside, nice work, keep it up!

XXXFreeFlowXXX responds:

Yeah its 1600x1403. so I should have downsized it before I uploaded it. Either way I am gonna make sure that my next piece is downsized and has a background so that it's not lost in the darkness cause of the jacket. Thanks again Jazza

Jaw-droppingly impressive in the attention to detail you've given this piece. LOVE the amount of interesting things to look at and how patient you must have been in your linework! The only flaw I can see is, this piece must have been drawn on paper, scanned and colored in digitally, because I can still see linework from the original paper you scanned from. If I'm wrong, correct me, but that very small hard to see flaw aside, this is incredible, you should be proud!

foamymuffin responds:

Not on line paper it's a texture i used.
