Nice work, a clever and well executed mixing of styles. Your linework could use some work, but your use of color and shading, though simple, works very well. Also the piece is visually interesting and unique. Great work! Keep it up :)

Jazza! Thanks for the review man, i agree with you in everything. I appreciate your efforts to be helpful for the artist community, thank you man :)

The picture looks decent and well drawn enough, but it isn't represented to it's full potential. Make sure when you bring a traditional art piece into a digital format, to be careful to let it be represented as best as it can; optimize your images brightness and contrast settings. This can be done on most scanners and cameras, or in post production in a program like Photoshop - and make sure it's front-on, so the perspective of the image isn't distorted. That aside, it's got goot atmosphere and shading, it's just difficult to judge properly, Keep it up!

Thanks ill try to take a better picture of it next time I did how ever through this in photo shop.
Thanks for the comments they help^^

Love it! Simple but effective, there's a really clear sense of atmosphere, a mood to this piece. You have a solid understanding of light/shadow balance and image composition, it comes across as an environmental concept piece, and a strong one at that. Keep up the great work!

SkyrisDesign responds:

Thanks! ill make sure to post more :D

Simple but effective, I like your balance of colors and your line weight variation. The character is solid though simple, the font is fitting and composition, overall, well put together. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Jazza ! Will keep it up :D

Nice work! Your painting style is really nice! It's quite raw when zoomed in and flaws become more apparent, but at a distance it looks almost 3D, so your understanding of light and shape and shadow is very clear. I'd like to see you use your skills to create something with a little more refinement when up close, but overall you've done a great job. Great composition and color balance. Thanks for sharing, and keep it up!

Thank you, my friend. I'm thankful you took the time to review my artwork, and the words that came with it lighten my creative heart and inspire improvement! May your days go well, and I'll be sure to work more solid-form into my pieces.

Good to see you challenging yourself! It's also one of your cleanest characters/images by far, so keep going! You're doing well. I recommend playing with line weight variations to get some more style in there, otherwise everything is well proportioned, drawn, colored etc. Keep it up!

EpilepticEmus responds:

thanks for the positive feed back it means a lot!

It's hard to make out the figure of the bug, I know which part it is but I can't make out its anatomy or what it's doing. I recommend continuing to practice, you'll improve as you go! You have good clean lines and colors and great optimization which is something a lot of people get wrong, so keep it up :)

MrQuincy87 responds:

Thanks Jazza :) I'm gonna need a lot of practice, I really wish I had more money for better drawing supplies but I've been drawing some cool characters that I'll submit! thanks :):):):)

Really nice! The style is a little sloppy when looking at the details but what I like about this image is the clear sense of atmosphere and intense aesthetic which you get very right. Your color and light balance is great, I do think you can work on your solidity to make for a cleaner image but overall, great work, keep it up and thanks for sharing :)

Xa-rah responds:

Thank you so much for taking the time to giving me feedbacks!
And yes, i will work on it :D

This is a great image, though I feel like the balance of detail is a little off, the foreground including the character and central activity of focus looks a little rough in its painting strokes and linework. It's really nothing bad, the image is actually very good! I'm just trying to be picky ;) Great work, keep it up!

VincentVyce responds:

no worries, thanks for the feed back :)

Simple, well done and a little cute/sexy ;) I like your shading and use of shape, though the image quality seems poorly optimized. Keep it up you're doing well!
