Godamnit! the moment the COTM returns im busy with art school XD
Can we get some clarification? In the Imgur link [http://imgur.com/qi4L2vw], it says "Illustrate an image...", but with the "Zombie Jazza" picture above, there seems to be some confusion. While we've got some submissions that are zombified pokemon and zombified comic book and video game characters, but we're also getting photoshopped celebrity photographs and photos of people in makeup and costumes. Problem is; the Art Portal currently is not open to photography/photographs, but created art only. Some submissions have already been reported and may be removed.
So, to clarify: are they to illustrate a person, as in, a caricature of a person, or are you asking for photos and photoshops?
Personally, I think a lot more artistic juice goes into a caricature than a modified photograph, and would love to see drawn celebrities, rather than modified photos.
This was a big mistake on my part - It's illustration only, no Photoshopped images :(

I will admit that I did add my first submission as a Photo manipulated image until I saw the YouTube video with announcing the correction and have to say I am pleased that I tried again with the drawn version which looks a million times better than the photo version ^_^
I'm new to the site so I'm not sure if I'm screwing this up or not, but whenever I tag my illustration it has no tags, once it's submitted. What should I do?
I'm new as well. For some reason my submission isn't showing up on the art portal. What can I do?

I have little plans for the future but riiiight now I'm working hard to make this youtube/teaching thing as stable as possible (just got married and starting a family soon), I'm still working on Ortus, and I'll be making more content in the future!
